Zen Sports Spray is a topical herbal liniment formulated with a blend of traditional Chinese, Western, and European medicinal herbs. It is designed for use before and after sporting activities to support the body’s natural recovery process.

Key botanical ingredients include Arnica montana, long used in Western herbal medicine for its supportive properties following physical exertion, alongside Boswellia carterii, Panax pseudoginseng, and Commiphora myrrha — herbs traditionally used in Chinese medicine to support circulation and ease physical discomfort. Camphor is included to aid absorption and support massage.

Available as a spray (125ml) or roll-on (75ml). Apply to the affected area and massage in, one to four times daily as needed. For external use only.
